The Constitution of Pakistan Yaqeen Party provides the framework for the Party's principles, objectives, organizational structure, membership, leadership, internal elections and functioning.

The Constitution establishes the Party's foundational principles and sets out its aims and objectives for building a Pakistan based on unity, solidarity, social justice and prosperity.

The Constitution defines how the Party is organised, how members join and participate, how leadership is elected at federal, provincial and grassroots levels, and how the Party conducts its internal affairs.
